Sam Hartman is a big-time quarterback, and with a dominating win over Clemson, the Irish should be college football playoff contenders again. They destroyed the Pitt Panthers 58-7, the same Pitt team that upset Louisville a few weeks ago. The Irish have played one of the most demanding schedules in the country and, at one point, played four straight top 20 opponents in Prime Time, splitting those games.
